AFTB also organized a Stakeholders Consultation on 29th December 2022 at the Committee Hall of Bihar Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Patna and discussed about Strategies to undertake tobacco control efforts in rural areas of 6 intervention districts. More than 50 different Stakeholders including concerned departments including Police, Labour, Medical Practitioners, Academician, Social workers, Advocates and representatives from Civil Societies, Industries Association & Chamber of Commerce etc. have participated. All the views shared by these participants will be a great help in conducting the tobacco control efforts in rural areas of six intervention districts further.
